PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days.
Because our products are handmade in small batches, processing times may vary during high-volume periods, launches, or holidays.
Please note: Our perfumes are freshly handcrafted and require a short curing period to allow the fragrance to fully develop. Because of this, perfume orders may take up to 5–7 days before shipping.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
SHIPPING TIME
Shipping times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
Soulful Unfoldings LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees.
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Clear photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging
• Your order number
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Once an order is in the carrier’s possession, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
